Excellent, professional service. Phoned Stephen regarding a broken door mechanism and key stuck within the lock. He arrived within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Explained clearly what the issue was and gave a price before starting the work. Very pleased with the job he's done. Thank you

We were lucky enough to find Steve by chance when one of our door locks broke. He came to us within an hour or so and mended it. He subsequently returned when there was a minor problem with the same lock and repaired it without charge. He has since done some maintainance work and has been reliable, tidy and very reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a helpful, decent bloke.

Easy to use online enquiry form. I got a reply the same day (unexpectedly during that evening), to arrange a telephone call to discuss. Next morning Stephen came out, confirmed the “diagnosis”, explained the remedy and provided a quotation, and had on board all the parts and tools to be able to proceed with the work there and then. Whilst here, he was very efficient, chatty, friendly and thorough. Within half an hour he had been and gone, and my front door opens and closes properly now! Would recommend Stephen all day long.

Excellent service from start to finish. Prompt, professional service and very friendly - being locked out during lockdown was quite a stress! - but it was all dealt with so professionally and quickly. The door was fixed efficiently and quickly, and a problem I didn't know i had (water gathering in the door causing a leak) was also solved at the same time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, excellent, easy to book and faultless service. Thank you.

We had an insecure ground floor window and were relieved to find a Locksmith during these Covid-19 times. Steve came out quickly and repaired it. An excellent, professional service. Would definitely use SF Locksmiths again

Steve was very helpful in showing the new anti snap handles and locks to me, to reassure they were going to be safe, after we had just been broken into. He explained that it was extremely hard for anyone to break in with the new handles and locks on. He completed the job in about 20-30mins, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend everyone has anti snap handles and locks fitted by Steve. Thanks again Steve.
