Contacted Stephen by text at 7:00am, immediately responded with a phone call. Gave me rough estimate of cost and was with me by 10:00am. Job done within the hour and property was secure. Cost within estimate, no Yorkshire man likes paying out but what cost security? Would use again & recommend to anybody.

Highly recomended, very professional, friendly and  excellent at his job. Even mended parts on my patio doors the installers said could'nt be fixed and would have to buy new one's, can't praise Stephen enough. Thank you.

Hi, thank you once again our handle was jammed door would not open searched for advice on web picked up Stephens video on utube gave him a call gave me time came out replaced all the slide rod as it was broken and fixed my other door that was playing up great service and a polite chap as well hes on my xmas list thank you very much a job well done
