Called in a lock failure on uPVC door, Steve arrived on due completed the replacement and gave advice on how to keep the lock in good order. Also checked front door and replaced a window lock

Lovely fella and very polite.Called Steve at 7am as our door wouldn't lock. Came at 12 noon as we asked for. Sorted out problem excellently -great work. Talked us through what he was going to do and gave us a price -the price was very reasonable. This is the 2nd time we have used Steve and he will always be our "go to" man.
