Ultion lock upgrade in Thurnscoe

We recently completed an Ultion lock upgrade in Thurnscoe, Barnsley, for a homeowner who wanted better security on his front and rear composite doors.

Following an attempted break-in at a neighbour’s property, he was concerned about his own door locks. After discussing the options with us, he chose Ultion high-security anti-snap locks for both doors.

Ultion 3-Star locks for front and rear doors

We removed the existing cylinders and fitted Ultion WXM ALPS TS007 3-star high-security cylinders to both composite doors. This upgraded the locks without replacing the doors themselves.

These cylinders are designed to resist common methods of attack, including snapping, drilling, picking and bumping. The Ultion ALPS range also holds Sold Secure Diamond accreditation.

Why upgrade to anti-snap locks?

Lock snapping is a burglary method that targets vulnerable euro cylinders, commonly found in uPVC and composite doors. A TS007 3-star anti-snap cylinder is designed to resist this type of attack.

For homeowners concerned about their existing locks, replacing the cylinders can improve security without the cost of a complete new door.

The customer was pleased with the finished work and the extra protection his new locks provide. All our lock replacements come with a two-year parts and labour guarantee.
